The Executive Committee is be made up of the General Officers and the Chairs of three of the Sub Committees as elected by the PAC. The Executive Committee is responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of the PAC, its Officers, and its Committees.

They are responsible for coordinating the tasks specified by the PAC and the performance of those tasks by itself and the Committees. All communications to the Executive Committee are through the Chair.

Any Executive Committee member may propose an Agenda item motion in writing to the Chair no later than 1 day before the Agenda is required as official notice. 

The Executive Committee meets once a month in a regular meeting, on the same day of the week (second Monday of the month).
